1959 Cadillac Eldorado in Gelliondale, VIC. 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Seville. Extremely rare, only 975 made. A true American icon. My own personal car that I imported five years ago from the USA. Beautiful and desirable Persian Sand colour with a white vinyl roof. Original matching numbers car, motor, transmission and body. 390 V8/ 345hp. LHD, Original tri-power, three x 2 barrel carburetor setup. New stainless steel exhaust system, New American wide white wall tyres, New Water Pump, All welsh plugs replaced, New brake master cylinder and more. Power windows and power vent windows, Power brakes and steering, Air Con, Power Door locks, Power Boot locking , Power Seats. Drives beautifully. Runs smooth and strong. Presently on club rego. This was the top of the range car in the Cadillac line up for 1959. Other Eldorado features which were unique against other Cadillac's made in 1959 were the "lightning bolt" door lock knobs which were unique for power door locking system. The rear trunk bar with the "Eldorado" script and reversing light chrome "V"s, as well as the Eldorado only long polished stainless side trim with the Seville emblem badge on top of the door stainless trim, the Eldorado only interior door trims with brushed stainless steel. The front and back seat is unique to Eldorado with chrome trim on the back and sides of the seat, also having fold down armrests front and back, map pockets and rear passenger knee pads.
